Only miles from the Eastern Towers, Raziel trudged ever closer to the Black Pyramid. Still shaken up by the Nightdweller incident, he jumped at every shadow that moved. Luckily, the light from the top of Rasharus illuminated most of the landscape. Raziel looked up to see that the Pyramid was no longer a speck; it was taking a more defined triangular form.

Jenxier kept track of the mysterious assassin well enough. The first time he lost it was upon entrance to the palace. The second was while sneaking through the hedge maze. There was no third. As the agent entered the lord’s chamber, Jenxier glanced into the room and realized he had no chance of remaining inconspicuous inside.

Vittur, in his prison cell, almost believed he would never be let out; his supposed crime would never be set straight. Then he got a neighbor. In the cell next to his was the soul of a man whose flesh continually burned. Vittur looked through the bars and asked, “what’s your name?”
“Thomas,” was the pain-filled reply.

Kirk Colton sat with his Dark Shard band mates, Lisa Murphy and a demon name Pashkur. Pashkur tapped a drum piece with his claws. “Lisa, you were sick on the bass last night.” Kirk commented.
“Thanks, but uh, I think you and Pashkur are much better.” She responded. The demon chuckled.
“We’re all excellent.” Kirk replied, giving her a hug. A demon messenger appeared.
“Kirk Colton, Patricia Zarces has arrived in the Underworld.” The messenger stated.
“Who’s she?” Lisa asked.
“My old girlfriend.”

Raziel entered the Black Pyramid to find it in full operation. He looked at the announcement board, “Friday the 13th, all prices slashed,” this deal was around every Friday the 13th, allowing many demons to pass to Earth; probably giving way to the humans’ mythology about the day. Raziel paid the clerk in Tokens, and then began preparations to pass through.

Jenxier peered into the chamber from the hall, giving him a terrible viewing angle of the events. He could hear bits and pieces of a conversation.
“Who are you?”
“-worst nightmare”
“What are…here?”
“-kill you.”
“Please don’t!”
“Begging won’t… me”
“Why?”
“New master… world” Jenxier then heard what sounded like death. The king of Dis was dead.

Kirk and his band mates met Patricia at the entrance to the Rasharus coliseum. She was very confused by all that had gone on. There was an afterlife? And it was like this?
“K- Kirk? Is that you?” She asked upon seeing him.
“Yeah, Trish, it’s me.” He replied. They embraced. “How did you…” He began to ask.
“Right now, let’s just leave it at absinthe.” She replied. Lisa was interested in seeing what kind of girl Kirk liked. She wore somewhat gothic clothing, had pale skin and dark hair, and had a look in her eyes of “everything is stupid but it’s cool”. Lisa wondered if she was like that. She obviously did not wear gothic clothing, just oversized T-shirts and dark-coloured jeans.

“Mr. Raziel Malthus, are you ready to transfer?” The attendant asked.
“After I drink this.” Raziel replied, downing Kapernicon’s potion. There were many flashes of light and odd feelings. Raziel began to hear the sounds of people, money, and sin.

Alexis walked out of the casino with only fifteen dollars less than she had when she entered. She was a conservative gambler, only ever betting small amounts. She was a little tipsy and would be on her way to walk back to the hotel. There was a great flash of lights and a tall, dark man appeared. And I thought George Seraph was a brain screw, she thought. The man appeared to be looking for something.
“Excuse me, may I help you?” She asked politely.
“Probably not.” He replied.
“Not many people know about this.”
“What are you a drug lord or something?”
“No, of course not. I’m just looking for something obscure. Unearthly.”
“I could still be of help.”
“Fine.”
“My name’s Alexis.” She said, extending her hand.
“Raz… Richard.” He responded shaking it.
